Fieldstone Place is a retirement community which provides assisted living, independent living, adult day care, respite care, and community outreach. Motivated by a spirit of love and concern for quality of living, Fieldstone Place seeks to be holistic in its program through contributions to the emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual well being of our Residents.
